Condition of Sale

When the contract is created:
No contract exists between you and us until we notify you that we have accepted your order and delivered the goods.

We are not obliged to accept your order.

Description and price of the goods:
We make every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order.

The price of the goods and ancillary costs including VAT will be as shown on the checkout page of our website when you placed your order.  We will charge you this amount which will be the same as the price shown on the display page.

You must also pay a delivery charge for the goods as indicated on our website at the checkout page.

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches your specified destination. We have no control over such charges and cannot advise on the likely amount you could be charged. We advise you to check your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. If you decide not to accept the alternative goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
 


Delivery

We will deliver the goods that you order to the delivery address you give when you place your order.

We aim to arrange shipping of all 'in stock' tems within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. We are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock. Same day shipping will only occur if your order is placed before noon and we have all your ordered items in stock at our warehouse.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after noon, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.

Once we accept your order, we will endeavour to deliver the goods within the delivery period that applies to the option you have chosen. If we do not deliver within the applicable delivery period and you have given us the correct full delivery address then you may apply for a refund of the delivery charge.

If there is no one available to accept the delivery when our courier arrives, the courier will keep the goods for up to two days and you can arrange for a new delivery date. After two days we may treat the order as cancelled by you. In this case we will refund the price of the goods, but we shall be entitled to keep the amount you paid for delivery.

If you give us an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and as a result we try but are not able to make the delivery, we may treat the order as cancelled by you. In this case we will refund the price of the goods, but we shall be entitled to keep the amount you paid for delivery.

If some of the goods you ordered are not available we may deliver part of your order. We will deliver the rest of the order as soon as possible afterwards.



Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by e-mailing us at sales@sr-media.co.uk quoting your name, address and order reference number.

You can also cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this you must e-mail us at sales@sr-media.co.uk quoting your name, address and order reference number.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to our customers in the future.

If you can cancel, you must return the goods and original packaging to us at your own expense and in a condition no worse than you received it.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Once MemoryBits receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract  (in accordance with these terms ), any sum debited to MemoryBits from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon possible and in any event within 30 days  of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by MemoryBits in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to MemoryBits.

If you change your mind and cancel after 7 working days, we will only offer a credit note or exchange, subject to the returned items are received by MemoryBits in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.

Please notice that the delivery cost £4.99 for dispatched order will be deducted from the exchange or credit note or refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.



Return/Refunds

Within 28 days of delivery we will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund ( including postage).

Within 12 months of delivery, if there is a fault with your product we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or credit (credit to include original postage).

To qualify for a refund or exchange the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
